Sperafico group started its activities as a retailing commerce in 1957 in the district of Vila Nova, a small village in Toledo (PR), where it was installed some years later. At the end of the 60s they started dealing with crops of soybeans, wheat and corn. Thus, expanding its businesses to other states like Rio Grande do Sul. .
It was necessary to build silos because of the necessity of storage, so initiating the process of purchasing and selling crops. The company got bigger and consequently started to commercialize agricultural additives until reaching the new stage of industrialization .

POINT OF VIEW
Sperafico´s proposal is to be consolidated in the market with different products from soybeans, which is the main crop of the national and international agriculture. The aggregated value to the product and the consequent increase in the profit allow Sperafico to maximize the industrial structure, broading the horizons with alternatives of technology and a better commercialization of goods and products.


STRUCTURE
HNowadays Sperafico Group has the Clean Farm do Brasil Ltda and controls the Sperafico da Amazônia S.A. and has businesses in four Brazilian States: Paraná, Mato Grosso do Sul, Mato Grosso and São Paulo through its 49 branches very well-located in these main productive regions of crops in Brazil. Due to its increase Sperafico Agroindustrial conquered an expressive participation, both in the internal and external market. The company also has a truck fleet of 200 vehicles to transport the products, grains and services to the greatest consumers, clients and harbors of Brazil, reducing the costs and increasing the efficiency in the delivery of the products because the transport is made in big quantities and in a little time space.

FACTORIES
With five soy smashing factories, which are installed in Marechal Cândido Rondon (PR), Ponta Porã (MS), Batagassu (MS), Cuiabá (MT) and Orlândia (SP), the company, in a short period of time managed to verticalize its activities and aggregate value to its finished products. The new ideal and industrial thought allowed the group a better optimization of the internal and external market.
 
In the industrial field Sperafico produces soy lecitin, whole vegetal oil, refined and canned oil, hydrogenated vegetal fat, bran of soybeans per kilo or in bags, animal fodders, soaps in bar and wheat flour. Within this industrialization line there is a category of products that is sold directly to the final consumer with the brand “Acácia” that consists of these products: sops in bars, refined oil and wheat flour.
 

DIMENSION
Working with more than 40.000 clients in four states, it is necessary to have a good structure of storage and reception. Heavy investments give the company a remarkable storage infra-structure having static capacity of about 1.000.000 tons all equipped with thermometry and aeration.
